ZITTO KABWE HOSTS NEW AEROPLANE PROMOTED BY GOVERNMENTS THAT COULD COME TO THE 7TH CENTURY WHERE ARE THEY?
The Government's promise to buy a third aircraft that was supposed to arrive in July has failed to be implemented by the MP of Kigoma Urban, Zitto Kabwe, to go to the floor.
Last year, the government purchased two bombards and handed them over to the ATCL for the operation.
Minister of Construction, Transport and Communications, Prof. Makame Mbarawa and Deputy Director, Edwin Ngonyani's engineer at various times said that the plane would arrive in July and make the ATCL number four.
However, the Member of Kigoma Urban, Zitto Kabwe on his Twitter page yesterday asked Professor Mbarawa about the flight.
"The government promised in parliament that in July 2017 you will receive another Bombadier flight, today is August where, when it comes, what's happening," asked Zitto
Professor Mbarawa replied that "it's really true that in July there are final processes being made before arriving so it will only come."
After that answer, Zitto wanted to know from Professor Mbarau when the flight arrived.
"The reasons for the delay are, the delay (delay) of the whole month is not a good indication of the brotherhood, it is because you have not paid or blocked by those who do not," asked Zitto
